Your Role and Responsibilities

• Replacement of PCBA parts, product testing and maintenance
• Analysis of abnormal conditions of products, maintenance and management of overhaul records
• Collection, traceability and report of RMA problem issues, giving suggestions for improvement
• Tracking of RMA problem issues and providing customer management reports to the headquarters
• Collaborate with the team for work efficiency
• Other matters assigned by the supervisor

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Profile:

• Years of consumer electronics repair experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• High sense of responsibility, resilient and strong in communication
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
